I have worked in varying administrative roles over the past 36 years and have a Diploma in Business IV.  As Team Leader here at Crows Nest Medical Centre, my role is to support our Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists and of course our lovely patients.  I enjoy the challenges presented each day and feel satisfied when I have helped someone solve an issue or put a smile on someone’s face.  I have only been here a short time and already feel part of this wonderful community and love meeting you all and helping in any way I can.  Please say hello next time you visit us.

I’m Letitia, one of the friendly receptionists at the Crows Nest Medical Centre. I Love what I do.

I have been working here for almost 9 years and have become familiar with many faces in the community.  I love the team environment that we have here at the Medical Centre and take pride in assisting where I am trained and able to.

Rachel graduated as a nurse in 2014. She enjoys being able to help people and putting a smile on patient’s faces in her role as a nurse and receptionist. In her spare time she enjoys being on the farm and gardening.

Kate joined our Team in March 2021 and is a great asset to the Practice. Kate worked for Blue Care for some 14 years before coming to us looking for a different challenge in her Nursing career.  Kate is a Registered Nurse and enjoys her role here assisting our Doctors and supporting our Patients in any way she can.  Kate always has a smile and welcoming personality and loves doing what she does.
